If you're starting in a casual position, read this one too.
Who will you be meeting on your first day?
1. Your Manager will welcome you to the organisation and give you an orientation to your new position, show you where your workstation is, introduce you to any staff on site, show you how to log into your computer and introduce you to our communication and on-line work platforms.
2. The Front Office people who can help you with e.g. getting paid (using your timesheet and mileage log), messaging and inquiries, booking rooms and cars, managing appointments, organising IT support or office supplies...
3. Your team - these are the people you'll be spending your first few days/weeks with, getting to know the clients, our practices and procedures, helping you survive information overload...
You'll also meet our Chief Executive Officer, Greg Aldridge, who will also welcome you, and complete any administrative and IT loose ends with you.
